To convene, represent, and empower the people of Jammu and Kashmir—including those in Indian- and Pakistani-administered regions and the worldwide diaspora—and global stakeholders in advocating for a just and lasting peace in the region, by advancing self-determination, facilitating multilateral engagement, and driving policy change aligned with the sovereign wishes of all Kashmiris.

Multilateral Advocacy
We engage directly with international institutions such as the United Nations, European Union, G20, OIC, and SAARC to ensure the voices of all Kashmiris are represented. Our aim is to influence policy, secure global support for human rights, and advocate for a peaceful resolution to the conflict.
Human Rights
We champion the protection of fundamental freedoms and advocate for the right to self-determination for the people of Jammu and Kashmir. Our work promotes international law, justice, and accountability—ensuring Kashmiris are seen, heard, and protected everywhere.
Track 2 Diplomacy
JKCFA facilitates informal diplomacy and reconciliation dialogues involving stakeholders from all regions of Jammu and Kashmir and the diaspora. These efforts aim to bridge divides, foster mutual understanding, and lay the groundwork for sustainable peace.
Capacity Building
We empower emerging Kashmiri leaders, NGOs, and civil society organizations through training, research, and policy consulting. By strengthening institutional capacity, we support inclusive development and democratic governance rooted in local expertise.
